Frequently Asked Questions
To save time, please review the following Frequently Asked Questions before contacting us.
1. YFM worked on my old computer but doesn't work on my new computer, why?
Microsoft has just developed a new 64 bit operating system that isn't compatible with many software programs and device drivers currently on the market. Your new computer may contain a 64 bit processor. Software developers are currently looking into update possibilities for their programs to work with the new 64 bit systems. The new 64 bit operating systems will obsolete many programs on some PC's and Macs.
YFM should work fine on Macs with Intel Core Duo systems running Mac OS X 10.4 and above but we have some indication of problems when Mac Power PCs attempt to run Mac OS X 10.5.8 and above. If you have that problem you should revert to an earlier version of Mac OS X 10.5 or 10.4. That should solve the problem.
If YFM will not function properly on your computer, contact us for solutions.
